Arouse your senses with beautiful fragrances, soothing music and the expert touch and treatments of our South African therapists trained in the Thai and African techniques.
Traditional Thai Massage
Traditional Thai massage is a combination of acupressure, reflexology and yoga exercises, or gentle stretching. This relieves tension, stimulates metabolism and creates a feeling of wellbeing and vitality.
While some forms of massage leave you feeling sedated and lethargic, Traditional Thai Massage will have you feeling energised and refreshed.
Mix Thai Massage
Thai aroma massage is a fabulous blend of techniques from the East and West: Thai-style deep massage and yoga-type stretching are combined with sophisticated western-style Swedish massage. The massage is received with the client undressed (naturally proper draping is ensured) on a comfortable table using aromatherapy oil. This type of massage soothes the body and rejuvenates the mind.
The therapist uses more pressure to ‘melt away’ those debilitating knots.
The Thai Herbal Ball compresses are ideal for alleviating pain, stiff, sore or pulled muscles and ligaments, chronic backache, arthritis, even skin conditions, migraines and chronic stress or anxiety. The blend of traditional Thai herbs used in these compresses has a relaxing and invigorating effect on the body and mind, soothing sore and overworked muscles while giving the body’s energy reserves a huge boost.
It offers several potential health benefits: it induces deep relaxation, relieves stress and fatigue, boosts both emotional and physical well-being, helps to re-align the body, improves circulation of blood and lymph and stimulates the internal organs.
Swedish Full Body Massage
The main purpose of Swedish massage is to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles. Swedish massage reduces recovery time after muscular strain. This is done by flushing the tissues of lactic acid, uric acid, and other metabolic waste. It increases circulation without increasing cardiac load. It stretches the ligaments and tendons, keeping them supple and pliable.
Swedish massage also stimulates the skin and nervous system and soothes the nerves themselves at the same time. It reduces stress, and is suggested for inclusion in any regular programme for stress management.
Thai Reflexology Foot Massage
Thai Reflexology Foot Massage is a relaxing yet invigorating treatment of the feet. True reflexology is the application of pressure onto particular areas of the soles of the feet. A reflex action in another part of the body is stimulated by the manipulation of each specific area. Unlike other massage types that tend to use thumbs, palms, hands, elbows, knees and feet, foot reflexology massage uses hands, fingers and a wood stick with cream and oil.
Head Neck & Shoulder Massage
This massage gives relaxation to head neck and shoulders. While oil is used as the basis for head massage, either cream or oil is used for neck and shoulder massage. This is an excellent pick-me-up designed to release tension and ease headaches. This 30-minute massage helps revive, relax and restore a sense of serenity to your day. It is highly effective in combating repetitive work strain.

Thai Sport Massage
This massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of the muscle, the slow movement and deep pressure technique is concentrated on the areas of tension and pain.
The rocks we use are volcanic basalt rocks. They are smooth and rich in iron, they retain heat and are used during the massage to warm and relax the muscles.
Aromatic Body Scrub
During our exotic aromatic body scrubs, we start by exfoliating your body, and this is followed by a gentle massage with warm aromatic oils, leaving the body silky soft.
Massage Cupping is the combination of massage movements and negative pressure with the use of a suction device on the skin. A cup is positioned at the area to be treated and, depending on the type of cups being used; a vacuum is created within the cup to draw the skin and underlying tissue into the cup. The vacuum creates a suction effect that increases blood and lymphatic circulation systemically.
Cupping also relaxes muscle tissue and draws toxins from the body.
